Upcoming System Maintenance: Sandata will be conducting routine, planned system maintenance for Sandata EVV and BI (DOMO) on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 beginning at 1:00am Eastern and ending at 6:00am Eastern. During this time visit capture methods will continue to work, however, the EVV portal will not be available. BI will be available, however, post maintenance there could be a data latency increase.

Sandata Agency Management Customers: All Sandata systems are operating normally.

Sandata Agency Management Customers with SPoC (clinical integration): All Sandata systems are operating normally.

EVV State Payer Customers: All Sandata systems are operating normally.

EVV State Payer Customers with Scheduling and Billing: All Sandata systems are operating normally.

Please note for our customers utilizing Optum/ChangeHealth: Optum has advised Sandata of some of their applications currently experience connectivity issues.
