What will happen to Sandata’s leadership?

- Emmet O’Gara will step down as CEO in connection with the transaction, as well as the Sandata Executive Leadership team, with the exception of CFO Akshay Bhandari who will serve as President of Sandata, Angel Newsom, Chief Customer Officer, Sanju Pratap, SVP and Head of Product, and Anne Cao, SVP Customer Success, will report into Akshay.

Will my customer support be changing?

- You will continue to receive the same excellent service from the Sandata team that you know and trust today.
Will there be any disruption to providers getting paid?

- We do not anticipate disruptions in the billing or claims process, as there is no change in software or corresponding workflows.
Will there be any disruption in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services or a change in services?

- No, we do not anticipate any changes to RCM and you will continue to receive the same services and interact with the same RCM team who remain fully committed to supporting you.
Will there be any disruption in Medicaid recipients receiving services?

- No, we do not anticipate changes in the process currently in use.
Will there be any disruption to my project (for customers with active projects)?

- No, we do not anticipate any disruption with ongoing, active projects.
Will this impact 3rd party integrations, certifications, or general processes in place?
