Alternate EVV Providers and Alternate EVV Vendors: All Sandata systems are operating normally.
Sandata FUSE:
- Login functionality has been restored. You can log in to the system, but there reports of poor performance, visit data lag, and time out issues that we continue to address. If you are experiencing this issue, please do not contact support at this time, as they do not have additional information.
Sandata Agency Management Customers:
- Agencies have reported issues with visit information not syncing between Sandata Mobile Connect and Sandata Agency Management. Our technical teams are actively investigating the root cause and working urgently to address the issue. If you are experiencing this issue, please do not contact support at this time, as they do not have additional information.
Sandata Agency Management Customers with SPoC (clinical integration):
- Agencies have reported issues with visit information not syncing between Sandata Mobile Connect and Sandata Agency Management.
