Angel Newsom

Angel Newsom is responsible for leading Sandata’s Customer Operations, ensuring that each interaction and handoff is aligned between professional services, customer success, support, enablement, and revenue cycle management. With the primary mission to deliver an unmatched experience, Newsom ensures her teams understand customer goals and objectives to realize the most value from Sandata’s solutions.

Prior to joining Sandata, Newsom was the healthcare practice lead at Four Winds Interactive, where she directly managed some of the largest managed care organizations, healthcare technology companies, and hospitals systems across the U.S. Through her customer centric approach and value-based delivery model, she redefined the healthcare practice through developing closer alignment between sales, implementation, customer success, and product to deliver solutions that yielded high utilization and growth, with a focus on customer outcomes. Newsom holds an advanced degree in Information Technology Management and teaches graduate studies at Regis University.
