Sandata and Northeast Professional Home Care, Inc. signed an enterprise agreement for the implementation of Electronic Visit Verification™ and Agency Management solutions

Sandata Technologies, LLC, a leading national provider of information technology solutions to the home care industry, announces that Northeast Professional Home Care, Inc. has signed an enterprise agreement for the implementation of Sandata’s Santrax® Electronic Visit Verification™ (EVV™) and Santrax® Agency Management solutions.

Northeast Professional Home Care, Inc., a well-respected and leading provider of quality non-medical and private duty home care services in Ohio, has partnered with Sandata to implement their user-friendly home care software solutions to help maximize operational efficiencies, increase visibility, and to support regulatory compliance requirements under the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) EVV Mandate. Northeast Professional Home, Inc. will manage all caregivers under one easy-to-use tool, resulting in improved care monitoring, efficiency and connectivity.

“With this new partnership, we have further proven the value that Sandata brings to home care agencies that have multiple payer networks,” Tom Underwood, chief executive officer at Sandata, stated. “Northeast Professional Home Care, Inc. will now be in a better position to ensure proper care management across their enterprise.”

Santrax® EVV™ is the premier visit verification solution that assures coverage through a complete set of technologies that will enable Northeast Professional Home Care, Inc. to address their specific requirements; addressing all patient and caregiver circumstances whether through the use of a landline, GPS-enabled cellphone, or a fixed visit verification device, when neither a landline or cell service is available. Santrax® Agency Management is a web based home care solution that enables agencies to streamline their key operational processes; caregiver HR and compliance tracking, scheduling, billing, cash application, payroll and more.

Sookie Vallone, administrator of Northeast Professional Home Care, Inc. commented, “We selected Sandata after a thorough evaluation process. We found the Sandata offering met the needs of our agency for compliance, staff and client management, and overall operational efficiency. Selecting Sandata allows us the opportunity to maintain a single, easy to operate system to manage Medicaid and Commercial payer clients, while also meeting the compliance requirements of the upcoming ODM electronic visit verification mandate.”
