Santrax^® Payor Management Training

Sandata offers a broad range of innovative and successful Santrax^® training programs to its customers. Our audience includes educating both the payor and home care agencies directly on our suite of products. Depending on the scope of the implementation, training delivery can range to management level associates, clinical staff, human resources department, schedulers, billing and payroll personnel.

A comprehensive program is developed for the payor and home care agency based on the business requirements of the payor. Initial and supplemental training programs include:

1. Instructor-led workshops in a classroom setting. Each topic covered is followed by a "hands-on" exercise and quiz to reinforce what was just taught
2. Webinars offered for continuing education purposes
3. Web-Based Trainings (WBT) are available on-line for supplemental training reinforcement for new employees or as a general refresher course
4. Documentation, job aides, references and checklists available on-line for the end-user
