Dashboard – Performance Indicators
The advanced information dashboard provides immediate access to your key performance indicators, including the ability to:
- Analyze clinical, quality, financial and operational results
- Immediately drill down into assessments and episode details
- Set threshold targets to alert you to critical variances
- Filter information views by important data elements such as Agency, Branch, Team, Referral Source, or Diagnosis
The Assessment Auditor
The Assessment Auditor identifies and corrects OASIS inconsistencies. Audit rules are applied to your assessments, ensuring that your OASIS data is accurate before it is locked and sent. You control the audits – turn them on or off, e-mail them to any staff only when necessary, modify existing rules, or create your own customized rules. Statistical results allow you to investigate and verify audit rule validity.
Outcomes Module Monitors Patient Outcome Progress
From SOC through discharge, this module calculates outcome scores for any OASIS item. Use it to analyze visit utilization and clinician impact on outcomes. It allows you to identify improvement opportunities and false outcomes due to OASIS error. Additionally, you can study results by agency, date, office, team, case manager, patient, ICD-9, and HHRG.
Web-Based Benchmarking Module
Web-based benchmarking reports provide timely results that are comparable and relevant. You can analyze data in a timely fashion, allowing you to get the answers quickly to drive operational performance improvement.
Multi-Payer Module
The Multi-Payer Module expands the Santrax® Analyzer functions to non-Medicare OASIS and episode data available in your billing system. The Santrax® Analyzer creates 60 day episodes with HHRGs and PPS revenue for Medicare Managed Care and Medicaid patients.
Enable your agency to track and benchmark your utilization experience for each patient to assist in negotiating with the payors.
- Track actual against authorized visits (includes an "Alert report")
- Enter and track "authorized" Medicare for any patient in order to track visit activity against care-plan "targets"
- Provide admission-based reporting
- Receive Alert reports when patient is nearing authorization target or a different report when authorization time-period is coming to an end
