Sandata Expanding Senior Team to Strengthen Operations

Port Washington, NY – Sandata Technologies, LLC, a leading national provider of information technology solutions to the home healthcare community, today announced the hiring of John R. Williford as its new Senior Vice President of Operations. John will serve as a key member of Sandata’s Executive Committee in his new role, and will be reporting directly to CEO, Harold S. Blue. John will lead operational initiatives for Sandata including its: Training & Implementation, Client Relations, Project & Account Management, and New York Customer Divisions. John will be leading his team of direct reports including: Fred Tanzer, Karen Brooks, Joe Werner, and Jack Szafran.

John joins Sandata with over 20 years of progressive, high-impact leadership experience with healthcare technology companies comparable to Sandata. Most recently John was with iHealth Technologies, where he served as its Vice President of Client Services. In this role, John was able to earn a stellar rating by clients – he scored nine or higher on a ten-point scale on 100% of customer surveys. John was also key in overseeing government relations for iHealth, and was its primary liaison between contractors and government agencies, including a recently implemented technology solutions contract with the state of Texas.

John graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has also completed Negotiation Training at Harvard Law School. John has achieved an impressive list of awards and accreditations including his Certified Managed Care Executive Status by the American Managed Care & Review Association.
